Norman Zube & Stefan Helmke coops on this release. Norman is well know from his releases on Cr2 and Lucent. His parnter in crime Stefan, got several releases on Parquet Recordings. The guys composed a techy house tune that will surley work on many dancefloors. They combine great chord moments with a strong beat and bass groundwork on this awesome piece of music.
This track was remixed by Mario Aureo (Bouq, Sportclub). He ripps the chords out of the original mix and designs a track with full of love and grooves and microgrooves, so you have to dance, there is no other way, it couldn`t be better.

Bio

P.toile is a Berlin based DJ and producer, very active and respected on the local
scene, as well as on an international level. Much thanks to the consistent quality of
her productions.

She was first introduced to electronic music in 1993 and shortly after that she
opened her own record store, “Starbeat”, in her hometown Kiel. Parallel to that, she
started dj-ing and organizing events on a regular basis. “Groove Complex“, the first
one, gave her the chance to train her DJ skills, playing alongside international DJ’s in
front of big crowds. This experience was important for her national as well as
international recognition.

When moving to Paris in 2001 she started working for the record distributor
“Discograph” as well as a promoting the club-bar “Lizard Lounge” in the heart of
Paris. There she met Reynold, who already was promoting French electronic music
artists through his party: “Minimal Dancin” and later through his freshly founded
record label Trenton.
In 2005 she moved to Berlin and her work with Trenton grew with a repertoire of
international artists from Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Poland, Russia and USA.

After Paris, her heart led her to a more surprising destination: The troubled Lebanon
and more precisely Beirut. There she was, and still is, regularly dj-ing and together
with local DJ Jade, owner of the “The Basement“ club, she created a series of Red
Cross charity events called “To Beirut“.  
Among the clubs that have hosted this special event are: Berlin’s Watergate, Paris’
Rex Club and London’s The Key. The project has also been supported by artists like:
Craig Richards, Tiefschwarz, DJ Hell, Mr. C, M.A.N.D.Y., Oliver Koletzki, Ewan
Pearson, Tobi Neumann and other international DJ’s.

Through the years, P.toile’s sound has developed from French house to minimal
techno, while funk and soul of the seventies, her main musical roots, still can be
heard in her DJ-sets.

P.Toile’s releases on Trenton, Drehstrom, Gold & Liebe, Channels Recordings and
Mothership are especially speaking to a more mature and music conscious audience,
with productions ranging from down-tempo, to up-lifting minimal techno, via airy
emotional house, always spiced up with some funk.

Her debut “Sticklip EP“ with remixes of pan/tone and Frank Martiniq immediately
reached the top 50 of Groove Magazine. Currently she is working with Tigerskin on
some new releases.

A new EP, ”Migration”, on Channels Recordings, containing remixes by Koljah and
Marcin Czubala, was released in the fall of 2008. As well was another remix in
cooperation with her production partner Tigerskin for the Dubai label Fantasize and
her Beirut-friends Jade & Diamond Setter. In the beginning of 2009, P.toile will have
her first release on the German label Ostwind Ltd. She’s also working on a follow-up
to her last release on Claude von Stroke’s label Mothership, which also will come out
in 2009.

With catalogue number 14 we are starting our Various Faces series. Vol. 1 contains two outstanding deep house tracks. The first one called "In My Tree House" comes out of cologne from Lemon Popsicle. They are already introduced with their first release on Two Faces and are now established due to releases on Rebirth or Yellow Tail. They provide a strong formed in shape deep house classic.

The second track called "Metrò Orquestra (SiLenT Remix)" was build by the new artist Floskà from Taranto Italy. The track got a rework by his friend SilenT out of the same area in Italy. It's a very emotional house track with a great string breakdown and a state of the art arrangement. You should get these Italian guys on your watch list.

Floskà is a trio of young italian dj-producers, coming from the city of Taranto,
composed by Cosimo Colella (19), Carmine Mongelli (18) and Fabio Liuzzi (16).
Cosimo Colella starts is career of dj in 2004, playing in some important clubs in
Italy and working in some radio shows. In 2008 he meets Carmine Mongelli and
Fabio Liuzzi (aka dj flex), two young djs and producers.
They start  the project called Floskà, created with the aim to made music of quality,
experimenting with deep and tech house sounds and trying to combine new trends
with old school sonority.
